  2. Permanent Disabilities (50%-99%)
    • Total Amount: ₹3,00,000
    • Beneficiary: ₹8,953/month for 3 years based on interest rate
  3. Permanent Disabilities (26%-49%)
    • Total Amount: ₹2,00,000
    • Beneficiary: ₹8,736/month for 2 years based on interest rate

  • Must be registered with the labor department.
  • Only family members are eligible for death benefits:
    • Dependent parents
    • Spouse (Husband/Wife)
    • Daughter
    • Son (below 21 years old)
  • Death benefit not applicable in the case of suicide.
  • Deaths due to murder, snakebite, lightning, childbirth, and other natural calamities are considered normal deaths.
