1. The worker must be employed in an establishment registered under the Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1962, or the Factories Act, 1948, in Uttar Pradesh.
2. The monthly salary (basic salary + dearness allowance) of the worker should not exceed ₹15,000/-.
3. The worker must have completed at least six months of continuous service in the establishment or factory and must be in service at the time of application.
4. The scheme benefits are applicable to only two daughters of the worker.
5. If the worker is a woman herself, she is eligible for the scheme.
6. If both parents are employed as workers in factories or establishments, only one of them can avail of this assistance.

1. Visit the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Board at https://skpuplabour.in/.
2. Click on the “Shramik Application” option on the homepage.
3. If you’re a new user, select “Register New User” and fill out the registration form accurately. Submit the form to receive your unique user ID and password via SMS.
4. Log in to the portal using the provided credentials.
5. Choose the relevant scholarship scheme. Fill out the application form thoroughly, ensuring accuracy. Upload a recent photograph of the applicant. Submit the application form.
6. Print a copy of the submitted application form for your records.
7. Take the printed form to your educational institution and the relevant factory/establishment for verification and endorsement.
8. Log in again using your user ID and password. Navigate to “Scheme Application Details” and upload a scanned copy of the verified application form along with necessary documents. Save the information.
9. After verification, the scholarship amount will be disbursed to your bank account. You’ll receive an SMS notification on your registered mobile number.
10. Track your application status by selecting “Application Status” on the portal.

• Attested copy of the online application form submitted for the scheme.
• Self-certified copy of the beneficiary’s bank passbook, clearly showing the bank’s IFSC code.
• Copy of ration card, family register, or another government document confirming the dependent’s relationship.
• Attested copies of Aadhar cards belonging to the beneficiary’s father and mother.
• Attested copy of the fee receipt for the course in which admission has been secured.
