1. Workers must be employed in an establishment registered under the Factories Act, 1948.
2. The monthly salary of the worker (basic salary + dearness allowance) should not exceed ₹15,000.
3. Applications can be made 3 months before or after 1 year from the scheduled date of marriage of the girl.
4. The scheme benefits are applicable only for the marriage of a worker or their two daughters.
5. The age of the girl should be at least 18 years old on the date of her marriage.

1. Visit the official Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Board website: https://skpuplabour.in/.
2. Click on “Shramik Application” on the homepage.
3. If you’re a new user, choose “Register New User” and fill out the registration form accurately. Submit it to receive your user ID and password via SMS.
4. Log in to the portal using your credentials.
5. Select the desired scholarship scheme and complete the application form thoroughly. Upload a recent photograph of the applicant and submit the form.
6. Print a copy of the submitted application for your records.
7. Get the application form verified and endorsed by your educational institution and employer (if applicable).
8. Log in again, go to “Scheme Application Details,” and upload a scanned copy of the verified form and supporting documents.
9. After verification, the scholarship amount will be disbursed to your bank account. You’ll receive an SMS notification once processed.
10. Track your application status under “Application Status” on the portal.
