- ₹5,000/- per month
- Award-winning sports persons:
- Arjun Award, Dronacharya Award, and Khel Ratna Award recipients
- Padma Shree and Padma Bhushan awardees based on their achievements in sports
- ₹20,000/- per month

- The sportsperson must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
