Dattopant Thengadi Mratak Shramik Aarthik Sahayata Yojana Uttar Pradesh : Eligibility

1. Workers must be employed in an establishment registered under the Factories Act, 1948.
2. The total monthly salary (basic salary + dearness allowance) of the worker should not exceed ₹15,000.
3. Application for financial assistance must be submitted within one year from the date of the worker’s death.
4. Financial assistance will be provided to the worker’s spouse, dependent children (son/unmarried daughter), or to the mother/father in case the worker is unmarried.

Dattopant Thengadi Mratak Shramik Aarthik Sahayata Yojana Uttar Pradesh: Online Application Process

1. Access the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Board at https://skpuplabour.in/.
2. Select the “Shramik Application” option from the homepage.
3. For new users, click on “Register New User” and fill out the registration form accurately. Submit the form to receive a unique user ID and password on your registered mobile number.
4. Log in to the portal using the provided credentials.
5. Choose the desired scholarship scheme. Complete the application form diligently, ensuring all details are accurate. Upload a recent photograph of the applicant and submit the form.
6. Obtain a printed copy of the submitted application for your records.
7. Submit the application form for verification and endorsement at the concerned educational institution and the factory/establishment.
8. Log in again using your user ID and password. Navigate to “Scheme Application Details” and upload a scanned copy of the verified application form along with necessary documents. Save the information.
9. Upon successful verification, the scholarship amount will be disbursed to your bank account. You will receive an SMS notification on your registered mobile number.
10. Track your application status by selecting “Application Status” on the portal.

• Attested photocopy of the online filled application form for the scheme.
• Photocopy of the beneficiary’s bank passbook showing the bank’s IFS code.
• Photocopy of ration card, family register, or other government record confirming relationship with the dependent.
• Death certificate issued by the Registrar (Birth/Death).
