SSC Announcement: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) issued a notice on February 22, 2024, introducing a new website, SSC Gov.in. All candidates are required to undergo a fresh one-time registration (OTR) process. Open the Website: Visit the website ssc.gov.in or use the direct link provided in the ‘Important Links’ section. New Registration Tab: Click on the “New Registration” tab. Basic Information Entry: Fill in basic details such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, and High School Class 10 Roll Number. Verify and Submit: Verify the OTR profile details and submit the registration. OTP Verification: An OTP will be sent to the registered email and mobile number. Enter the OTP to proceed. Registration Part I Completion: Upon entering the OTP, the Registration Part I process will be completed, and the candidate will receive the OTR Registration No. Password Change: Change the default password received via email. Log in using the registration number and the new password. Custom Password Creation: Create a custom password using a combination of capital letters, small letters, numbers, and special characters. Select two security questions for password recovery. Additional Information Entry: Log in again with the new password and provide information about nationality, category, visible identification mark, permanent, and local address. Preview and Submission: Double-check all entered information by previewing the OTR form. Correct any errors if found. Click on the “Declare” button to submit the form finally. Completion Confirmation: The SSC OTR registration process is now complete. Candidates can access their dashboard for future recruitments, as well as information about admit cards and results.
