The Uttar Pradesh government has launched computer courses where applicants will receive certified computer training. This initiative aims to reach eligible candidates and improve computer literacy across the state. It’s expected to boost education standards and expand job opportunities for participants.

Computer Training Scheme Uttar Pradesh: Benefits

• Trainees will be chosen based on their Intermediate exam results compared to district targets. Remaining eligible applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
• Applicants will be assigned to institutes based on their preferences submitted online and the institute’s target capacity.
• Trainees must adhere to these conditions:
  • Those applying for the Computer Training Scheme must not benefit from any other government schemes like scholarships or fee reimbursements.
  • Selected students (for ‘O’ Level and ‘CCC’ courses) will receive free training, with training fees paid directly to the institution by the Backward Classes Welfare Department.
  • Trainees do not need to pay any registration or training fees to the institute.
  • Exam fees for NIELIT exams must be paid online by the trainee.
  • Trainees who leave training without a valid reason must pay a registration fee to the government and forfeit future benefits under the scheme.
  • Trainees must maintain 75% biometric attendance during training. Absences exceeding 15 days without a valid reason will result in replacement from the waiting list.
  • Trainees can only benefit from the ‘O’ Level/’CCC’ scheme once. After completing ‘CCC’, they can apply for ‘O’ Level the following financial year, but cannot avail the scheme again once benefited.

Computer Training Scheme Uttar Pradesh: Benefits

1. For ‘O’ Computer Training
   • Duration: 1 month
   • Fee: Up to Rs. 15,000 per trainee (In three phases)
2. For ‘CCC’ Computer Training
   • Duration: 3 months
   • Fee: Up to Rs. 3,500 per trainee

Computer Training Scheme Uttar Pradesh: Eligibility

1. Domicile: Uttar Pradesh.
2. Qualification: Passed Intermediate examination (10+2).
3. Eligibility Criteria: Unemployed youth.
4. Parental/Guardian Income Limit: Annual income should be Rs. 1,00,000/- or less.

Computer Training Scheme Uttar Pradesh : Online Application Process

1. Visit the official website http://obccomputertraining.upsdc.gov.in.
2. Register by entering your name and mobile number.
3. Verify your registration by entering the OTP received on your mobile number.
4. Log in using the username and password sent to your mobile number.
5. Enter your username, password, and captcha code to log in.
6. Fill in the required information in the designated fields after logging in.
7. Upload necessary documents such as Income Certificate, Caste Certificate, Intermediate Marks Sheet, and a self-photograph.
8. Save the application and lock it before final submission.
9. Print out the completed application form.
10. Attach all required documents and submit them to the office of the District Backward Classes Welfare Officer in your district.
